WishGeeks has a zero-tolerance policy that prohibits discrimination against Techs or Customers based on age, disability, gender identity, marital status, medical condition, national origin, pregnancy, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, or other improper basis.
Prohibited discrimination includes refusing to provide or accept services offered through the WishGeeks platform because of any of these characteristics or any other conduct that improperly takes into account any of these characteristics.
Any Tech or Customer who believes they have been discriminated against in violation of this policy should report their concern here.
Discrimination of any kind may result in the immediate removal from, and loss of access to, the WishGeeks platform.

WishGeeks is available nationwide with skilled and vetted tech professionals in all 50 states, plus Washington, DC. Rural areas may require additional time to confirm your service booking. Our team of techs is growing every day to meet growing demand from our customers.
How Do You Price Your Services
WishGeeks offers transparent and upfront pricing for all of our services.
To get an estimate, select the service you need by making a new booking. You will see a fixed base price for each service, as well as additional charges for any extra services selected.
Your price quote will be provided before you confirm a booking.

Does WishGeeks Offer Remote Support?
WishGeeks offers remote tech support for time-consuming services including: Computer Repair & Help, Virus Removal & Cleanup, Computer Tune-up, Email or Online Account Setup or Support, Software Install or Uninstall, Printer Troubleshooting or Repair.
To book a remote tech support service, first choose the service you need, then select “WishGeeks Now” on the booking page. Remote support is available 24/7, 365 days a year. When you’re ready to begin a remote service, one of our remote techs will create a secure connection to your computer to complete your service.
What is WishGeeks's cancellation policy?
We understand that schedules can change on short notice as do our customers’ needs. We try to be as flexible as possible, but this can cause our technicians to lose valuable jobs. Fees apply to in WishGeeks Services only.

Do you offer a subscription service
WishGeeks offers multiple membership plans to meet the ongoing needs of our customers.
What is the WishGeeks Technology Checkup?
The WishGeeks Technology Checkup is an annual, where a WishGeeks expert reviews your WishGeeks’s technology systems. This comprehensive review includes your main computer, Internet connection, router, and WiFi. It results in an actionable report you can use to understand how your tech systems are working and ways to improve their performance and security.
How no-risk WishGeeks membership guarantee work?
Within 1 month of signing up
If you are not satisfied with your WishGeeks Online or WishGeeks membership, you can cancel your plan within 30 days of signing up and receive a refund of any membership dues paid minus any discounts you may have received on services.
1 – 12 months after signing up
- If you’re on a monthly WishGeeks plan and want to cancel your membership, you will cease being charged for upcoming months but incur a charge for any discounts received on services.
- For any Online and WishGeeks plan (billed monthly or annually), once you have exceeded 30 days from signup, you can no longer cancel your 12-month membership. However, you can disable auto-renew from your online account to not be charged beyond one year.

How do I request a service?
You can request services directly on WishGeeks in just a few easy steps. To set up a request for service on WishGeeks:
- Select the service you need from our service menu.
- Fill out the specific service questions as best you can to receive a price quote.
- Create an account or log in to your existing account.
- Provide your service address and your date and time preferences for your appointment.
- Add a payment method to proceed to complete your service request.
- WishGeeks will match you with a local technician and confirm your appointment date and time.
Why did WishGeeks cancel my order?
We will always try our best to match your original service request with a technician. If WishGeeks is unable to confirm an appointment for your service request, you may be asked to provide additional appointment availability.
Occasionally, we are unable to match your service request with a tech, and need to cancel the service request. You will receive a cancellation confirmation email once the cancellation is processed.
Please email support@wishgeeks.com if you have any questions about your cancelled service request.
Should I arrange for additional services with my tech?
We are happy to accommodate additional service requests. Please email support@wishgeeks.com or visit your profile to make any changes to your confirmed appointment prior to the tech arriving onsite. This will ensure that WishGeeks matches you with the best technician equipped to complete your desired services.
If additional services are needed during your appointment, the tech will be able to edit your order and ask that you confirm the new services before he completes your requests.
Please do not arrange any additional services directly with your tech that have not been added to your WishGeeks order. The WishGeeks Guarantee and any warranties only apply to services booked through our system. Any services arranged directly between you and your tech are not covered by our insurance policy.
How soon can I schedule my appointment?
You can request service as soon as the same day (conditions may apply). We always recommend that you provide as many additional date and time options for a quicker appointment confirmation with a technician.

How do I cancelled or reschedule my appointment?
You can reschedule your service request or confirmed appointment online.
To track, reschedule, or cancel an order without logging into your account, visit WishGeeks.com and search for the order number you wish to manage.
Do I need to be home during the appointment?
Yes, to ensure that the technician is able to provide the best service for your needs, an adult over the age of 18 will need to be present during the appointment to sign off and complete the service.

How do I know which tech is assigned to my appointment
Once a tech is assigned to your service request, you will receive an appointment confirmation email.
When will my tech arrive?
Your matched tech will arrive at the time of your confirmed appointment.
You will be asked to provide your appointment availability date and time options when requesting your service. WishGeeks will work to match your service request with a local skilled technician by securing a confirmed appointment. Once WishGeeks matches your service request with the right technician, an appointment confirmation email with your exact appointment date and time will be sent out. If your tech is running late, we will do our best to notify you via SMS of any expected delay. If your tech happens to be running late and you have not received any delay notification, You can check the status of your order anytime by visiting the ORDER STATUS PAGE. Just enter your order number and last name.
- Payment Charges and Fees
Do I pay the tech directly?
Service charges will only be applied to the method of payment in your account after you confirm the completion of your service. WishGeeks does not accept any other forms of payment such as cash or check. Please do not provide direct payment to the technician servicing your appointment.
How am I billed for service?
You’ll be asked to provide a payment method during the booking of your service request. When your service is complete, your tech will ask you to sign to acknowledge the successful completion of the order. Once you confirm the completion of your service with your signature, you will then be charged.
If your tech was unable to complete the service for any reason, they will inform WishGeeks and our support specialists will be in touch to discuss your options.
If you are not satisfied with your service, please don’t sign off as you will be charged at that time. Our Support specialists will be in touch to find out how we can ensure your satisfaction.
Should I tip my tech?
No tip is necessary but feel free to thank the technician for doing a great job by giving them positive feedback when you receive your completed service email.
